window switch lights S90-V90

My lighted window switches are no longer lit in the rear doors. Went to the dealer and was told $60 per switch as it does not come seperately. I have taken the switch apart and discovered soldered in lights. They seem to be LEDS. I went to buy some (ciruit city aka Radio Shack) and fried the first one. Looked at the package 2.1 volts, so that's why they fried. Any ideas on where to get these little jewels to save me over $100?
