89 245 no start when raining 200

Hi folks. So my brick won't start today after a rainy night. This is the second time this has occurred when it has been wet outside. Usually, I park in the garage, but I have 2 other cars and sometimes this one gets left out.

The problem is not fuel related. I pulled a plug and there was gas present. (new distributor cap and rotor 4 months ago - new Bosch plugs last year about 12k miles ago) I still suspect a spark / electronic problem and am not sure what to look for first. For all I know the ignition wires are original. My check engine light has been on forever from when I changed the AMM a couple years back. 226k and still a favorite car. Runs perfect - just won't start right now. Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated...
