anyone know what model year Volvos (700, 200) have AW70 tranny w/lockup? 200

I'm looking for a transmission to replace mine to improve my gas mileage a bit (and hopefully eliminate a 1-2 klunk). Does anyone know what model and year vehicles have an AW70 with lockup converter.

It has to fit my '86 which currently has an AW70 in it
