brake light swtch? where? 200 1987

Need help.
I'm trying to get my brake lights working. Replaced bulb...no joy.
ordered and received the brakelight switch. went out to replace it and found a vacuum switch that I am told is my cruise control disabler.
Where is my brake light switch...I can't see it under here.
