heated seat not heating S90-V90

1997 960 sedan.
Cooling off as winter fast approaches and lo & behold,
no heat to the passenger seat.

The fuse is OK, I checked it...
What are the other things to check and or the steps to take to remedy
this for my chilly passenger.

Might it be the switch and can I swap the driver/passenger to determine so?
