Codes 121 & 232??? 900 1991

Hi,

My car won't accelerate. She starts fine and doesn't stall but driving on the road...the car has no power...I tried to floor it and no go. I got the check engine light on and 121 & 232 were the codes. So where do I start? I removed the vacuum line on the FPR while the car was idling and that didn't affect the car at all...it idled at 700RPM with or without the vaccuum line. SO is my FPR working???
