Fuses blowing and update on my 264 200

Some of you will remember this car. It was on Ebay and it was being parted out piece by piece and I hated to see it taken apart since it was in such great condition. Long story short, I bought this gem for $500, towed it home from Oregon, installed a new fuel pump and distributor and it runs beautifully. I have since learned that it has a rebuilt B21 motor with only 500 miles on it.

Now, for the bothersome part. I keep blowing a fuse when I turn on my headlights. It is an 8 amp fuse and something is shorting it out every time I turn the switch on. No other fuses are effected and everything else works fine. Any ideas here? How do I go about tracing the problem? What equipment will I need. Please spell this out for me like I am a third grader as electrical stuff is not my bag at all.

Thanks in advance. This is a great board!
