My turbo stinks 200 1982

so heres the thing. i got a 240 turbo and my turbo leaks. but lately its been leaking more there is a significant amount of wet oil on top (not just the bottom) of my turbo. personally i dont care. this car is a beater and is going the way of the dodo, but lately the fumes from the oil have been getting to the cabin when i drive. my question is this: can i do something about the turbo besides rebuilding or replacing it, or is the turbo just fucked. i dont care if it keeps leaking i just dont want to get sick everytime i drive.
