Are OEM seat heater elements still available from Volvo? 700 1991

I have just discovered that the seat heater element in my 1991 745 (leather seats) is shot. I took the seat apart and found a break in the wire that snakes around in the heating element and it doesn't look repairable. Now, my question: I would like to get a new element, and I wonder if anyone knows if they are still available from Volvo? I can check on Monday with my friendly parts guy at the local Volvo dealer, but in the meantime, I wanted to see if any of you have had any experience with replacing a seat heater element.

Unfortunately I broke down and purchased a new thermostat (the green one that clips under the seat, looks like a relay) and that seems not to be the problem. Clicks on and everything but the element is faulty.
