sawp a 92 240 for a 68 122s?

I just want a few thoughts, if they are out there.

I'm thinking of buing a really nice 68 122s - original owner, in really good shape. Most things have been rebuilt on the amazon in the last few years. My 240 is quite nice and very reliable - but it would have to go if I opt for the little amazon.

Our wagon is currently serving most family needs. Any thoughts on trading something newer for older? Anything I really have to watch out for on the amazons?
