voltmeter 240 200 1987

I recently acquired a voltmeter for my 87 240 dl.However I. am at a loss as to how to put it in. Are there any factory wires behind this? It fits well in one of the holes to the right of the dash cluster .Any and all information would be helpful and appreciated. Joe 1990 740 gle 155k, 1987 240 dl 156k xc90 2004 22k.
