Hanger bearing replacement 120-130 1966

I want to replace the hanger bearing on the front driveshaft section on my 122s with the old-style hanger ie. it is suspended by the two round rubber mounts rather than the larger round rubber. How is the bearing removed from the shaft? There is a large nut in front of the bearing, which I have removed, but the bearing does not slide off. Is it just rusted in place or is it press fitted?

Thanks for any help.
