Rear bushing replacement (Not the lower trailing arm) 200 1982

I want to replace the torque rod, trailing rod and upper trailing arm bushings. I've already done the lower trailing rod bushings using IPD's special tool. Would a 1-2 ton manual arbor press provide enough force to do this or do I need something more heavy duty?

Thanks for your help in advance.
