Replacing REAR wheel stud 200 1989

Hello,

I have just replaced a front wheel stud a couple weeks ago. Guess what ?

One of my REAR wheel stud needs to be replaced as well -- it is stil there in one piece, but the thread is stripped and for sure next time I get my wheels rotated or when they remove a wheel for the yearly car inspection they will break it with their power tools (that's what happen with the front I just replace). Since the thread is stripped, the lug nut is stripped as well, I tried using a new nut, but the only way to get it on is to strip it.

Is there anything different between REAR and FRONT to get to the wheel stud, remove the old one and put in a new one ?

Thanks for your input.
