100 Amp Denso Alternator Brush Assembly 900 1993

Can the brushes be replaced on this alternator?

I think there was a recent post on this, but I struck out searching.

At 151,000 miles, I'd like to replace mine.

FCP has one listed at $74, saying it's for the Denso. But the PN 1197311234 is a Bosch #, and the picture shows a Bosch unit. (Same item listed for $67 in the 850 section.)
