Where is my intermitant wiper relay? Doesn't work. 200 1982

1982 242 GLT

I have regular wipers, but no intermitant working - I suspect the relay, but:

1) would the reglar wiper speed settings work if the intermitant relay was bad?
2) Where is the relay and what does it look like? Kinda can't trace the problem if I'm not sure where the relay is or what it looks like.
3) If it is the relay, do you have suggestions as to where I get another one reasonably?
