Most important maintenance - daughters 240 home from college 200 1988

My daughter will be home for Thanksgiving from college with her 88 240. I plan to do the following:
Oil change - to synthetic
Flush trans. fluid
Replace fluid in rear differential
Clean flame trap
In order of most important to least important are these items. Oil is numero uno but what about the rest? Also will be replacing her laptop hard drive so throw that in too.
