No idle after shutoff 200 1989

My engine will not idle if I try to start it within 20 minutes
after shutting it off... It just conks out. I can get it to idle
by pushing the throttle. It starts and idles fine when it's cold.

The Throttle Body and flame trap have been cleaned.
Could it be:

1) Idle Air valve needs cleaning
2) Air box thermostat needs replacment
3) Air filter needs replacement

Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.
