Sabotaged paint..... 200 1991

All of a sudden I see spider web type markings all over my car. I can not explain this. First I though it may be "bird poop", but now I'm thinking that some idiot threw some acidic compound on it. These marks are the side of a quarter or a little bigger. Buffing doesn't get them out. I see white through the brown. I guess the paint is gone. Some people need to get a life...
