Question About Light Bulb 700 1989

I have a 1989 740 GL Sedan. Please excuse this rudimentary question, but how to I access the light bulb for the rear ashtray? It is at the rear of the center console (between the front seats). I cannot determine how to remove this console.

I would love to see the last of the bulb warning light that has been on now for 3-1/2 years.
