original ecu:
poor low end response from engine, otherwise runs ok. cannot set mixture with the led test light (very dimly lit, always on).
replacement ebay ecu (guaranteed):
i plugged it in and the car started ok, for about 5 seconds. then the idle reved up to ~3000 rpm. it stays there for as long as i care to watch it do that. if i give it gas it will die down for a second and then hits the high revs again.
my question:
is this replacement ecu bad, or is it telling me that some sensor is freaked/something is out of adjustment?
