I would like to swap out my big, dim headlights for some good, old-fashioned sealed beam units. I have the fixtures (double-round 5.75" assemblies out of a '79 Mercedes), and a plan on how I will mount and wire them. I have also checked state and federal regs, and I think I'm in the clear. Even so, I also have an email in to the Massachusetts RMV just to be sure it's okay with them. If not, well, I'll be setting it up so that the new fixtures can be removed and the old one replaced (no permanent mods to the car). The new fixtures will be able to be aimed (actually, the entire fixture can be aimed, as can each individual lamp).
All that said, can anyone think of anything else I should be thinking of?

p.s.: I'm doing it this way because 1. I like the look of the double round sealed beams, 2. I like the cheapness of being able to replace them, and 3. I can't afford to spend $400 on those European spec headlights with the glass lenses.
