water dripping in at fuses - leaky windshield? - can I seal it without replacing? 200 1986

Where else might it be leaking?
At the corners of the windshield the rubber trim has shrunk in revealing a dried-up looking seal. Can I fill this all up with silicone caulk and expect any success? What other options do I have?

Thanks,
Tom
