Poor running for a few minute after re-starts 200 1990

Car starts fine 1st thing in the morning, but the service light stays on for about 30 seconds. Service light does not come on the rest of the day. After car warms up, and sits for a time while in a store or whatever, poor drivability for 1-4? minutes or so. Ideas? Thanks.
