940 Turbo high idle in park 900

I am fairly new to this side of the board as I have recently added a 91 940 Turbo 220,000km to my collection of 240's. I love this new car. Enjoyed taking it down to lower New York state this past weekend.

I have one problem I would like to solve soon. My idle jumps to around 1500RPM when the car is shifted to park or neutral. The throttle plate and linkage seems to work smoothly. I hear the throttle switch click when the plate closes. Perhaps it is switching too late and should be adjusted. Is there anything else that could be causing this? IAC Valve? Connections?
