240 Turbo hesitates and bogs 200 1983

I have a 1983 Turbo coupe....the car has lately had some running problems it bogs when cold and hesitates when i step on it even once warmed up....if I work the throttle I can even make it backfire.

It barely wants to run when cold and will often die if i don't feather the throttle.

I pulled the plugs the other day and they are spotless....I mean beautiful. The porcelen is as white as they come...all 4 look great.

Any ideas?
