clutch shudder? 200

CHERRY! '85 245 DL. 167k : I just had a new sachs clutch kit installed along with a new skf pilot shaft bering & new cable. Clutch shudders every time I take off in first gear. Adjustment seems find. The mechanic says he had the flywheel surfaced at the machine shop. Am I wrong to question this? Could this be caused by something else? Ready to pull my hair out!!! Any feedback will be greatly appreciated,THANKS!
