Hello all,

Does anyone know where I can source a full poly set for the front and rear suspension. I see IPD sells kits, but they appear to have more rubber than poly pieces.

Also does anyone have recommendations about new springs? I am interested in multicompression front springs, but don't really want to lose any ride height if I can get away with it. I see that Skandix has reasonably priced kits, but they lower the ride height 1" (probably less in actuality as car has probably sagged some with age).
