OK, I've done the search and found the info I need to rebuild the OD unit. Just want to make sure I did not miss anything before I dive in. Fluid level is correct.

SYMPTOMS:
No OD engagement (tried with and w/o clutching)
OD light comes on sometimes (not always) but still no engagement
I can hear clicking when I depress the OD switch
Pulled solenoid and it moves when 12V is applied
Checked OD relay and it seems to be working
Manually actuated OD relay whilst driving, heard click, still no engagement

So am I looking at replacing seals, etc?
The OD has never worked since I bought the car.

Is the GURU still selling kits or do I need to go to IPD?
