About to purchase an 86 740turbo wagon.... 700

the car looks great, and has 280kms on it. The PO had replaced the stock sway bars with IPD ones, as well as urethane suspension bushings. Handels as well as my 88 325is bmw!

I checked out th ebody and it all looks fine. A bit of surface rust spots in a few places, but nothing too bad.

I checked into the turbo, and it seems that there may be some oil weeping from somewhere. I'm not a fan of turbos too much, as this concerned me. Should i be worried? I plan on running synthetic on this engine, but if it's leaking oil, it'll prolly just get worse.
I checked into the rear tail pipe to help me determine if it's burning oil as a result of a possible set of oil seals that are broken down. The tail pipe only had a sooty resedue (I think that's normal).

The car handles and drives great! the heated seats and a few other little things are inoperable, but overall it seems like a sound investment/ Tomorrow I'm getting the car checked over by a shop b4 I buy. Is there anything I shold get them to look into in relation to the turbo???

TIA
