trailing arm bushings 200 1987

I want to change my trailing arm bushings but it sounds really difficult.

I have some ideas to get the bushing out... I was thinking about drilling it out and continue drilling it till its nothing and just falls out.

I was wondering do i need a special tool to put the new bushing in?

Is it worth it to use poly urethane bushings? I know its cheaper to buy these than to buy the actual volvo bushings from volvo.

Thanks for responses
