rear brake drum/disk removal 200 HELP WANTED! 200 1989

My parking brakes needed replacing (worn). On the left side it was no problem to remove the drum, and to replace the parking brake
The right drum is completely stuck. No movement at all.I used penetrating oil and a copper mallet. (I have released the parking brake cable. )
How do I remove the drum/disk?
