Power Window Troubleshooting 200

Since I bought my '85 240, the front passenger window hasn't worked at all. The rear passenger one does however. I can't get a response from it from the switch on my driver's armrest OR on the front passenger armrest. I took both off today and looked at the switches and they seem fine.

Any ideas to further troubleshoot this?
