940 se IPD Nivomat conversion 900

So a few months ago, i purchased IPD's nivomat conversion kit for like 400 bucks. IT was all fine and dandy until the rear started sagging MORE that it did with the blown nivomats. Any ideas of what might be wrong? or should I call IPD and complain until i get my money back? THANKS!
