'94 960 is running really bad. Doesn't have any power and misses!! 900

It starts up fine but throttle response is horrible and has a miss in it. It has a hard time getting up to 60mph. I replaced the plugs today and it didn't help, seems like its not getting enough fuel.

I plan on changing the fuel filter but is there anything else I should check? How can I check the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel pump?
