York a/c compressor interchange 200 1984

found a 77 240 donor car with a like new York compressor and clutch that I want to install on my 84 245Ti. Were the Yorks used on these years the same? Visual comparison looks good; want to make sure. (I think '85 is the first year to use the rotary compressor).
