Direct swap TD-6141 for CR-814? 700 1990

I'm getting ready to replace the radio/cassette (TD-6141) in a 1990 740 turbo wagon with a CR-814. I've searched the site and read pretty much everything I could find, but I am confused about one point: Is the CR-814 a direct swap for the TD-6141? That is, are the connectors and pinouts the same for both?

Any enlightenment would be appreciated.
