thanks for taking a look at my inquiry.
So here's the scoop...
When driving over bumps I get a knocking sound coming from the rear. REminds me of the sound that I heard when my front strut mounts were bad. Bilstein shocks and struts, along with new front strut mounts were put in car within the last two years, but not rear mounts. seems like the rear rides kind of loose too, but maybe this is me just tricking myself into thinking that it's the rear shock mounts. Recently the rear wheel bearings were done, thinking that that may be causing the knocking but no such luck, still the sound is there. I will be replacing the tailgate gas springs also, but I really don't think this is the culprit. Any ideas? most of you are seasoned but for those that don't know this is a rear wheel drive brick. just a teen with 165k. appreciate any replys.
