not sure if Dexron III or Type F is in power steering resevoir 200 1989

I know I added some ATF in the P/S resevoir before, but I can't remember which fluid it was. I think it was Dex III. So the big question is can I put in Dex III or Type F fluid with ATF in resevoir being unknown? Thanks.
