How difficult to install torque rod bushings straight?? 200

How hard is it to press in torque rod bushings and get them oriented correctly? Is this difficult to do with a press? I'm trying to understand why the shop installed two the way I asked and the other two oriented in the general direction I specified but off kilter. I don't own a press yet and haven't used one. Is it reasonable to expect a shop to install them straight rather than about 20 degrees off the correct orientation? Does it matter that much? I tried to ask the guy who installed them, but he'd gone home already.
