new rear fog light question 200 1990

1990 Sedan. Both rear fog lights used to illuminate when I turned the switch on. Now only the driver's side does. I replaced the right bulb (verified good) and and I checked all contacts on the socket and printed circuit. All were good. Any ideas for what connection has gone south?
