ECU Part Numbers for 1983-84 with B23F 200 1983

I've got two 83's with B23F engines. The 245DL has ECU 280-000-510 with a green label and the 244GL has ECU 280-000-503 with a red label. At the pick and pull salvage yard, came across an 84 244GL with a B23F and ECU 280-000-541 with a blue label (it has a single wire O2 sensor). What's up with all these different ECU's for the same engine? jp
