Possible 245 buy. A couple of questions, please 200 1990

I went and looked at a 90 240 wagon with a 5 speed manual. It has 276K, but runs and looks really good. The black leather is even in good shape. He was asking 2000, will take 1500.

The main question I have is ...how hard is it to change out the heater fan on these cars? Seems I have read horror stories on this repair and this one ticks so loud as it is running - it almost drowns out the motor.

The only other thing I see is the ac compressor doe not engage. That could be a relay - pretty easy to fix.
