cracks in flex disc noticed while droping driveshaft 700 1985

I see some cracks in my flex disc and am wondering what constitutues "can live with" and bolt her back up and "Hold up the job" till new one comes.

It's not chewed up but has visiable cracks running from the middle out all around the whole disc. Kind of evenly spaced.

I'd like to think that it will hold up for another 50 k or so but does anyone else have any experience with this?
