Sloppy troubleshooting.......was checking for 12v through most of this problem(all windows were inoperable)...relay was clicking and power was good out of the relay....there was power to the switch pack in the drivers door...hmmmmm...ooops, forgot to check for ground.....there was no continuity between ground at the switch pack and ground on the frame of the car.....hmmmm..disconnected the 4 wire connector under the dash....no continuity between black wire at the connector and the black wire at the switch pack.......broken ground wire inside the door (typical KGB m.o.)..this door is getting replaced soon anyway...so just ran a wire inside the interior door panel to a good ground above the fuse panel and spliced into ground wire at the switch...all is good.....sooooo.....don't forget you grounds!!!!!....j.
