B30 transplant? 120-130

So I had a wonderful Xmas this year, and one of the lovely presents I got this year was a 1972 164 in decent shape. It needs a bit of work, but its a nice car overall, so Im thinking it may be worth it. Before I make the decision to jump into it and restore it, I have this question to ask.

Anyone ever attempted putting in the FI B30 into a 122s?

I have a 122s, and I just shudder at the thought of how nice it would be to have that beefy engine in there. The only real limitations I can think of to this project would be spatial. Im not sure if it would fit without breaking out a cutting torch. Ive really never heard of people putting many different kinds of engines into their 122's. The only reason I consider it is because my 122 is rather nice, its a 65, and it could use some brake work, and I think the slave cylinder is on its way out, and could use new shocks, but overall, its pretty solid. Im thinking that the power to weight ratio and gas mileage would be nicer in the 122 as well.

Any suggestions?

Hope you all are having great holidays. Peace be with you.
