Hi All,

I'm thinking of upgrading the struts and shocks on my son's 1991 240. I had originally planned on using Tokico units as on our 245, but they are no longer being made. Bilstein seems to have had some quality control problems (knocking, etc.) lately, same with Boge Turbo units, so they're both out. I tried Sachs Advantage units on another 240 last year, and they're softer than I like. That leaves the upgraded Volvo gas-charged units (I think they were original to turbo/GT).

Anyone here had any experience with these? If one orders the strut inserts using the PN 3529819, does it come as a kit and include the boot, etc, or do the other pieces have to be ordered separately?
