High beam switch 200 1990

My high beam/low beam switch doesn't work. Fortunately, it is stuck on low beam and will not click into the high beam position. Has anyone had any luck trying to repair these switches or should I just order a new complete turn signal/cruise control switch assembly? Are these difficult to replace?
