Sorry for being such an idiot, and posting the following using the word "window" where I meant to say "mirror." Here's the way it should have read. I think it will make more sense this way...

Can anynone out there give me a rundown on the function of each individual wire coming off of the power mirror motors?

I'm thinking, when I put mine in, that I might like to do the modern thing of installing one joystick and having a three position switch to switch between left - off - right. I haven't been able, though, to figure out just how to accomplish it yet, though, and the wiring diagrams are no help.
