740 Estate Head lining 700

I have a 1989 740 GL Estate Auto.
The headlining in the car is sagging badly.
Has anyone replaced the headlining?
What is the best way to tackle this job?
I've thought about cutting it and applying some adhesive, but this won't produce a good looking finish.
Can I buy a new headlining, if so where from?
